Refund Policy

 

Effective Date: January 1st, 2025

 

At Xavi Row, we take pride in delivering premium, handcrafted garments tailored specifically for each client. Due to the custom nature of our services, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. Booking Fees

 

Booking fees are refundable only if we are unable to confirm an appointment time that works for both you and the Xavi Row team.

 

If a confirmed appointment is canceled by the client with at least 48 hours’ notice, we may offer to reschedule the appointment, but refunds are not guaranteed.

 

No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the booking fee.

2. Custom Garments (Suits & Shirts)

 

All custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. This includes any stage where materials have been sourced or tailoring has started.

 

If there are concerns about fit or craftsmanship, we offer reasonable adjustments and alterations to ensure your complete satisfaction.

 

Garments that have been worn or altered by outside tailors are not eligible for adjustments or refunds.

3. Product Issues

 

If you believe your order was made in error or has a quality issue, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your garment.

 

We reserve the right to inspect the item before determining eligibility for adjustments or remake.

4. Gift Cards and Promotions

 

Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
