1. Services
Xavi Row provides custom suiting services, including consultations, fittings, and garment production. All services are by appointment and subject to availability.

2. Booking & Appointments
Booking a time on our website does not guarantee availability until confirmed by a Xavi Row team member.
We may propose alternative dates/times if your preferred slot is unavailable.
If no mutually agreeable time can be arranged, your booking fee will be refunded.

3. Deposits & Payments
A booking fee is required to reserve your appointment.
Custom suit and shirt orders require full payment before production begins.
All payments are non-refundable once materials are sourced or tailoring has started.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
No-shows may result to an additional booking fee for your rescheduled fitting.

5. Custom Garments
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once production begins. There are no refunds.
We will work with you to make any reasonable adjustments to ensure proper fit and satisfaction.

6. Turnaround Time
We strive to have 4 - 5 week production time. Estimated delivery timeframes will be communicated at the time of order. Post production alterations could take an additional week.
While we strive to meet timelines, delays may occur due to material sourcing, shipping, or other external factors.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including logos, designs, images, and copy—is the property of Xavi Row and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
Xavi Row is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our website, services, or products.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
